Nike Brothers Of The World
On the occasion of Design Week, Nike celebrated 40 years of the football jersey, the most universal of symbols uniting people of all ages and backgrounds around the same colours. This was the insight behind Brothers Of The World, an exhibition set up at cultural hub Spazio Maiocchi with a retrospective of 40 years of Nike football jerseys, through a selection of the most iconic pieces.
But BOTW was much more than that. From April 18th to 22nd, the best designers and innovators of the international scene – names like Arthur Huang, Matthew Williams, Heron Preston and Maria Ke Fisherman – met at Spazio Maiocchi for three days of workshops open to all aspiring creatives. To kick off the initiative, on Wednesday April 18th, Nike hosted an opening party with live performances of Sfera Ebbasta, Bad Gyal e Darq E Freaker.
We were in charge of the creative direction of the set up and opening event at Spazio Maiocchi, as well as the executive production of the workshops.
